Vesper’s Belgian Blonde

We have brewed a beer

With help from a renowned Belgian Brewery

The journey began with tasting some of our favourite beers and choosing a beer we can sell as our house beer in the bar

We settled on a Blonde, one of the most iconic and popular styles from Belgium. We wanted to get the sweet easy to drink nature of the style but with Noble hops and Belgian Yeast

Using this brief we brewed test batches at home and tested them ion our Homebrew Club. We ended up with four different test brews tasting at 3 different stages of age. With the help of the homebrew club we arrived at the best version.

This recipe we took too our brewers in Belgium and had a meeting to decide how to best brew this beer and convert it too a larger scale.

The label and branding we developed using inspiration from our hometown and the magnificent Cathedral, finally ending up with our final product.
